The 2024–25 season is the 71st season in the history of the Córdoba CF, and the club's first season back in the Segunda División since 2019. In addition to the domestic league, the team is scheduled to participate in the Copa del Rey.
Summary
Due to the successful promotion from the Primera Federation, coach Iván Ania's contract was automatically renewed..[1] On 13 July, Cordoba announced that their midfielder captain, Kike Márquez, is leaving with one year left on his contract.

Pre-season
On July 13, Córdoba invited first division club Rayo Vallecano from the Madrid region to compete for the II Puertas de Córdoba Trophy.[15] Córdoba's pre-season began on 15 July.[16] The Blanquiverdes will hold a pre-season camp in Montecastillo from 5 to 10 August.[17]
