- ^ The Club Licensing Appeals Committee rejected the appeal of Al Jabalain Club after the committee announced that it would not grant the club a local license due to its failure to meet a number of mandatory criteria in the licensing regulations. Thus, Al Jabalain are excluded from the playoff places.[1]
