The 2024–25 season was Shillong Lajong's 41st season in existence and their tenth season in the I-League, and first since 2018–19. In addition to the league, they also competed in the Super Cup and Durand Cup tournaments.[1][2][3][4]

Notes:
- ^ Namdhari was deducted three points for fielding an ineligible player against Inter Kashi. However, the AIFF appeal committee reverted it, that was again reverted back in favour of Inter Kashi by an appeal to Court of Arbitration of Sports. Separately Namdhari was awarded three points after Inter Kashi fielded an ineligible player in return leg.[8]
