The Buffaloes were led by fifth-year head coach Hunter Hughes and played their home games at Buffalo Stadium in Canyon, Texas. The Buffs finished the season with an overall record of 7–4 with an LSC record of 5–2, finishing in a three-way tie for second place in the conference.
