The 2015–16 FA Women's Premier League Cup is the 24th edition of the FA Women's Premier League Cup, the cup tournament for teams both levels of the Women's Premier League, the National Division and the Northern and Southern Divisions. Charlton Athletic won the cup after defeating reigning champions Sheffield 4–2 on penalties are drawing 0–0 in the final.[1]
