Bernard Tomic defeated Kevin Anderson in the final, 6–3, 6–7(2–7), 6–3 to win the men's singles tennis title at the 2013 Apia International Sydney. It was his first ATP Tour title.[1]

Jarkko Nieminen was the defending champion, but lost to Tomic in the quarterfinals.
