The 2007–08 FA Women's Cup was an association football knockout tournament for women's teams, held between 2 September 2007 and 5 May 2008. It was the 38th season of the FA Women's Cup and was won by Arsenal, who defeated Leeds United in the final.[1][2][3] The tournament consisted of a preliminary round, four qualifying rounds and eight rounds of competition proper.

The competition began on 2 September 2007 when the 34 lowest–ranked teams in the tournament took part in the preliminary round.
