The 2006 Davidson Wildcats football team represented Davidson College as a member of the Pioneer Football League (PFL) during the 2006 NCAA Division I FCS football season. Led by third-year head coach Tripp Merritt, the Wildcats compiled an overall record of 6–4 with a mark of 5–2 in conference play, placing third in the PFL.
