The 2002–03 FA Women's Cup was an association football knockout tournament for women's teams, held between 8 September 2002 and 5 May 2003. It was the 33rd season of the FA Women's Cup and was won by Fulham, who defeated Charlton Athletic in the final.[1] The tournament consisted of two qualifying rounds and eight rounds of competition proper.

First round qualifying

All games were played on 8 September 2002.

Second round qualifying

All games were played on 29 September 2002.

First round proper

All games were scheduled for 27 October and 3 November 2002.

Second round proper

All games were originally scheduled for 10 and 17 November 2002.

Third round proper

All games were originally scheduled for 8, 15 and 29 December 2002

Fourth round proper

All games were originally scheduled for 5, 12, 19 and 23 January 2003.
