The 2000 Senior PGA Tour was the 21st season of the Senior PGA Tour, the main professional golf tour in the United States for men aged 50 and over.

Coming off a season in which he led the Senior Tour in victories and earnings, Larry Nelson received the Jack Nicklaus Award Thursday after being voted Player of the Year by his fellow peers. Doug Tewell claimed Rookie of the Year honors, while Raymond Floyd took home the Comeback Player of the Year Award.
