The 1st North East India Film Festival, Manipur took place from 3 to 7 March, 2024 at Imphal, Manipur.[1][2][3] The festival had screened 14 films from North East India at two venues, Manipur State Film Development Society (MSFDS) and Tanthapolis Cinema, Lamphel.[4][5] The opening ceremony was held at MSFDS, Palace Compound, followed by screening of the opening film Eikhoigi Yum.[6] The films were selected under two sections, Competition and NEIFF Spectrum.[7]
