The 1998–99 FA Women's Cup was an association football knockout tournament for women's teams, held between 13 September 1998 and 3 May 1999. It was the 29th season of the FA Women's Cup and was won by Arsenal, who defeated Southampton Saints in the final.[1]

The tournament consisted of one qualifying round and eight rounds of competition proper.
