The 1945 Campeón de Campeones was the fourth edition of the Campeón de Campeones, an annual football super cup match since its inception in 1942, and the third held in the professional era of Mexican football. The match was played at Parque Asturias on 1 July 1945 between the 194–45 Mexican Primera División winners Real España and the 1944–45 Copa México winners Puebla.
