Żółkiewka [ʐuu̯ˈkʲɛfka] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Strzegom, within Świdnica County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland.[1]It lies approximately 4 km (2.5 mi) north-west of Strzegom, 19 km (12 mi) north-west of Świdnica, and 54 km (34 mi) west of the regional capital Wrocław.
Economy
Żółkiewka, along with the nearby town of Strzegom and several other villages, is an important center for granite mining and stonemasonry in Poland.[2]
